Naked fanatic -1 armor

(Luckily I'm not an assigned reviewer. Each release there is -1 or +1 for the armor of naked fanatics and people are never happy.)

Last adjusted in rP20314, so this changes it back to the a22 value.

Successful build - Chance fights ever on the side of the prudent.

The difference is skirms were nerfed in the meantime.
