While testing out FCollada in VS17, I noticed that running the archivebuilder (-archivebuild=binaries/data/mods/public < paths are relative to cwd for some reason), there was an assertion failure in "animal_tuna.dae". Indeed, FUUri.cpp triggers a failure on Windows if a .dae contains a URI to a windows file that's not prefixed with file:. I don't know why the code only asserts that for windows.
We have custom code in source/collada to handle these cases for old 3DS max exports, but we have 2 files that I could find that violate this anyways. This fixes them. I'm not certain it's an entirely exhaustive search ATM.
I'm not sure if we should systematically strip these useless xml tabs anyways.
