Promote 25% faster is ambiguous (or false)

After first deciding to leave it as it is I've reconsidered and changed it, thank you for your perseverance in messaging till I decided to change it ;)

How can I add inline comments?
In the gaul_catafalque_1.json why is there a +20% attack bonus for ranged and +5% attack bonus for melee? Should be +5% for both...

The multiplicator should be 1.05 for melee AND ranged, no? Otherwise the description should be adjusted.

Someone might want to check transifex, since some time passed since the initial commit

Some of these relics are far more powerful than others. The very best relics grant +1 armor or +10% HP to all military units. That's a big bonus, making them 10% more effective in combat. Consider that units can be healed, and that a moderate advantage in the power of your army usually translates into a significant victory, losing few units while the enemy is wiped out. iber_catafalque_2 is the most powerful of these, not only granting +10% HP, but +15% movement speed as well.

On the other side of the scale there are relics that grant almost irrelevant economy bonuses like -10% technology cost. That saves maybe what, 500 resources over a typical game, depending on when you acquire the relic? Maybe 1000 total if you get will to fight, and by that point you'll probably have harvested 50k resources, so it works out to a 2% or less economy bonus. -5% building cost is a similarly tiny bonus. If you build 3 fortresses after you acquire this relic, you save 150 stone.

For an economy bonus to be on the same scale as a bonus that grants +1 armor to all units, for 10% greater combat effectiveness, it would need to be something like +10% gather rate for all units (without a range limit), and this is assuming you find the relic early.

Maybe it's intentional that some relics would be far more valuable than others, though. Not necessarily a criticism, just an observation.

It's intentional, since all are capturable by anyone.

EDIT: Relics are found early or not gotten at all. (<min 6)

The Iberian catafalque was really a bit too strong so I removed the speed bonus, I increased the Athenian catafalque gathering bonus to 15% (but kept the aura ranged). Also increased the cost discount for Persian catafalque to 10% (HP stays at 5%).
