Summary

This technology is totally out of logic. It doesn't make sense to keep units idle, you're wasting time / resources. Even though mercenaries can no longer collect resources, you can recover your hp in other, more efficient ways.

Test Plan

Agree.

I think this tech makes no sense in competitive play but it's nice for people who like to build things slowly in sandbox. I'd keep it.

Not only in sandbox, but also keeping pressure on an enemy, have groups harrass the enemy and retreat to slowly heal a bit.

It doesn't make sense to keep units idle, you're wasting time / resources.

That's precisely the point: rather than sending wounded troops back to work immediately, give them time to rest and heal, sacrificing a bit of income to save men. The trade-off seems rather reasonable.

For me it still doesn't make sense. Isn't it better to go back to collecting resources and build a nearby temple or search garrison health that is more effective than 0.5?

@ValihrAnt some opnion?

Anyway if it is preferable to keep the technology active, then I think it needs a balance, what do you think? Any suggestion?

Perhaps you could explain what's wrong with it?
