Summary

Subj. Also removes uniform duplication.

It'd good to test it on different platforms.

Test Plan
  1. Apply patch and compile the game
  2. Make sure LOS looks the same (in the game and Atlas for different materials: model, waterfall, model_water, particles, terrain)

Works on my GTX 1070 and on my Intel UHD630 (Windows)
and on my HD4400 (Ubuntu)

Tested on HP W7

  • HD 5650
  • Intel Graphics

Tested on Dell XPS

  • NVIDIA GTX 1650
  • Intel UHD 630

Performance on the HP laptop is catastrophic. A23 was barely playable, A24 might not be at all in big battles.
