Assuming that unit production times revert to their a23 times as agreed (https://wildfiregames.com/forum/topic/37135-bring-back-a23/?do=findComment&comment=419882), it makes sense to also revert food eco techs.

a23 it was 1.15*1.15*1.25=1.653
a24 is 1.15*1.15*1.15=1.520875

Without changing the food eco techs back a very, very large number of units will need to be devoted women farming fields. This makes game play less interesting because women around fields basically aren't interacted with after the min ~6 mark when they make their fields. The need for quicker food production is already visible in a24 with cav armies (cav production time only changed from 15s to 16s). Players in a24 regularly make 11/12 or more fields to sustain their cav armies in 200 pop games. This represents about 1/3 of a players pop.

The values proposed in this patch are the values that were ideal for me. The main idea is that you can keep more soldiers fighting/training and less collecting.
The patch is correct and complete.

I think the most important changes was D2916 / rP24015 in A24. I'm fine with bumping everything a bit, though I think this might be indicative that some units are too costly.
