Crossbowmen are somewhere in between archers and artillery. Now that crossbowmen have their own templates (D2886 / rP25122), it's easier to differentiate them further from archers. This patch does the following:
- Their attack spread is lowered by a quarter (i.e. improving their accuracy), to compensate for their high reload time.
- Infantry crossbowmen get the same movement speed as melee infantry, instead of 20% faster, making them easier to catch.
- Cavalry crossbowmen move slightly slower (0.8×) and archers and javelineers slightly faster (0.85×), instead of all moving at the same speed (0.835).
