Not sure if this is a new issue.
Units can both attack and switch to chasing on the same turn, which is bad as it breaks graphics & sounds. We should isntead 'waste' a full turn attacking, then on the next turn start chasing.
This diff does that. I believe my implementation is safe, but would like notes from Freagarach.
To replay: use the Athen melee Swordman chasing a fast unit like an archer which is fleeing away. You'll see that on SVN no sound gets played and the animation is extremely short. With this diff, the animation remains short, but less so and sound is played.
