Mostly, people seem to like my idea.
I have become a proponent of a score to demonstrate military effectiveness (given an amount of resources spent, how much damage did you deliver?). I refer to it as effectiveness ratio, but in the gui it might be better off as "Military score / spending."
-I need to change calculateMiscellaneousTeam to add this to the team row, but I didn't know how best to go about it.
