Summary

Some sun settings lead to shadow artifacts on e.g. rocks on some maps (notably, Anatolian Plateau & the Aegean biome). This depends on shadow quality to an extent, but filtering hides the issue in general.

We can prevent the worst of these artifacts by tweaking the values slightly (image by langbart):

Test Plan

I haven't checked all maps but I've checked biomes quickly and the only ones that seem affected are Aegean & maybe India, but I couldn't see any problem on India.

Isn't the ticket a bit of a 'wont fix' though? Seems to me under the current shadow technique & without filtering you can't really prevent such artefacts entirely, can you? And changing the shadow technique seems a bit of an 'out of scope' thing here. But sure, I'll 'refs'.

PS: Will not test this patch again, seems to be a rabbit hole. Minor problem may not be noticed by users and can be easily patched by the user themselves through activating Filtering in the options..
