Originally Stan's idea. And originally this is meant for wall gates only, but for the sake of support and testing i enabled it for all buildings.
Spawns a foundation at the location and rotation of a destroyed structure, allowing for easy rebuilding of a structure.
The building will be payed for when units StartRepairing and refunds resources as it normally would for a foundation if it gets destroyed in the process. Unit's won't repair the foundation if the player can't pay for it initially and receive a message what resources they need.
- What i'm also considering to implement is that players can simply place a structure over it, without having to delete the rebuildable foundation first (let the engine destroy it).
