rP19580: Add hint to the manual that the batch train size can be changed in the options.

Summary

Many players wonder how to change the number of units trained in a single batch when pressing the shift key when they see other players doing that in observer/replaymode.

Test Plan

Check for phrasing and consistency with the other strings. Make sure wiki:HotKeys is kept in sync afterwards.

would change the text to Add units in batches (the batch size is 5 by default and can be changed in the options)

That is better indeed. Wondering whether we should nuke the default number, but that is unlikely to change and might make it easier to understand what a batch is.

I think we should keep the number for now.
