Summary

Feldfeld suggested to revert armour nerf in rP19697 considering rP19390 (and other recent defense buff: rP19816 rP19851).
As there is already an HP nerf, we keep the specific nature of that unit, so that's only a matter of balancing.

I was against the reduction of armor, I always thought that only its speed should be reduced.

As far as i recall fanatics haven't been an issue in svn games and more defensive strategies are more intentivated. still some tests could confirm
