If you really want it to be two variations I would suggest to increase the color differences so much that it actually becomes noticeable, even if it doesn't have to be so glaring differences that it becomes considered a different species by the player.

We currently show this info for two seemingly random buildings only (one civ's monument, and one civ's pillar). For all other buildings with territory root, this information is not discoverable in-game right now. Having that available, as this commit does, I think is a clear improvement.
Yes, I fully agree with that, I'm just not convinced it should be on a separate line.
Wouldn't it be better to simply add "Territory root." at the beginning or end of the tooltip text string?
Have a look at the farmstead, where the tooltip informs us it's a dropsite for food, important information.

Although I'm not opposed to the idea per se, I'm not convinced the proposed implementation would really be an improvement.

Tried to make Vulcan a tad happier.

- Added radius to Attack ground area.
- Can scroll, but no visual feedback yet (besides the testing warnings).
- Radius is remembered during the game.
- Simplification in Attack.js.
- Data on multiple lines in FormationaAttack.js
- Some other minor stuff.
The tower has 2x2 size, the foundation 3x3, so it appears too large, especially if the tower would be very close to adjacent buildings - then the foundation leaps into those buildings. But I guess it's not so bad, there are some decoartives on that additional margin.

I wanted to see the squat, but I didn't test the repository of this commit, perhaps I missed 0ad dank meme material.
Testing with r22393 revealed some bugs, but they are probably not related to this commit (a segfault and units often not attacking anymore).
