Dunno if we need it in vanilla. It rewards players to not use their units directly?
Only citizen soldiers are able to promote so having them garrisoned for most time will hurt economy of the player. And experience gain is not so fast as in combat.

I agree that the build time needs to be reduced, however not sure if it should be to 100. Carthaginian embassies have 150 build time, too

Separately, could you create a donkey trader for Athens and Sparta? Southern Greece is rather mountaineous, horses were scarce, and donkeys (and mules!) were used extensively.
Macedon and Seleucids can keep the horse-and-cart trader.
I can probably center on the compound.
No, I don't think it makes sense that ships packed with champions are faster than empty ships. Or that larger ships (more garrison space) benefit significantly more.
Is it an either/or situation? Or can you centre on the centre of the donkey + human compound? Or the donkey's head and front legs?

In my opinion that cav should be slower than basic cavs, as @Stan said, if we want to make a realistic game that cav should be slower. But is a fact that if we change that, cavalry heavy would be even less used, so maybe we should buff it a bit.
