Rebased on top of the actor-quality patch.
I don't think it's a good idea to merge the two, since they are rather orthogonal (perhaps in the future we could have meta-settings that deal with that).

I think weak_ptr would actually make more sense/be more useful, but at the moment it cannot be used in an ordered_map and at this point I don't feel like changing that. Ergo, I think I'm going with the current state of the diff.

  • Make the 'maxquality' attribute for groups/variants exclusive, which makes it easier to use together with minquality
  • Rename the <actor> level attribute to quality (from maxquality) to avoid confusion.
  • Fix off-by-one
  • Delete actor compact format file. I don't want to bother trying to understand how to write my spec and the XML is quite usable.
