Splash damage on death. When an entity dies, it can do a splash damage. Fire ship and fire raiser templates provided as example. Fix #1910.

(900 damage sounds tremendous, especially if applied to multiple surrounding units, but the Health of units and ships is very big too (1600 big ships, 2500 docks) and there is a lot of armor. Of 20 surrounding merchant ships, only 3 were detroyed and the other 17 and lost 20% health on average. When 3 war ships surrounded the fireship, they lost somehting like 20% too, so not as bad as one might think from reading the numbers. Maybe they still need some nerf somewhere (cost?) as they got a buff with this damage addition. Thanks for the feature!)
