Description

Lobby Privacy Policy.

Restricts the previous Terms of Service clauses that asked for a universal grant for personal data processing without explicitly mentioning chatlogs or IP address logs (possibly in violation of the Data Protection Directive).
Hopefully establishes GDPR compliance for the lobby by mentioning all data procsessed, purposes and new user rights, fixes #5257.
Explain why the service is not directed to children < 13 and a COPPA compliance note.
Add severability clause.
Add licensing note for terms.

31	Other provided XMPP services such as PMs missing, to those users that can use it, i.e. not the ones seeing this, but the ones that are allowed to join via chat client. It's a loophole. Chat protocols are all broken with that regard.

Language clause missing since translation of ToS since rP15021:

If this Agreement is translated into any language other than US-English, and if there is a conflict between the US-English version and the translated version, then the US-English version shall prevail in all respects.

30	Wildfire Games may address or resolve bug reports, balancing issues or feature proposals indicated by players in the chat room. and post the data (and only that part of the conversation that relates to the bugreport/featureproposal) on Wildfire Games development platforms for these purposes of addressing that. Should therefore also define what a bugreport, feature proposal is, namely that it is something that it must relate to a tangible change in the software or online service. (That would rule out posting sexual or religious orientation of a user without becoming too restrictive by mentioning only few explicit cases, whatever).
