Tweak Kush Amun temple.

Description

Tweak Kush Amun temple.

Deprecates elite healer upgrade in favour of training elite healers at the Amun temple.
Increases stats of Amun temple slightly. Removes production queue of (unbuildable) Kushite shrine.

Lets Kushites start with a healer on random maps :) (To signify the importance of the political power of the priesthood of Amun.)
