While the tower_health.json technology affects all towers, the other tower technologies affect only the sentry and stone towers, but not bolt and artillery towers. The production queue changes here (rP24446) are wrong; they were correct in the patch (D2937).

Did this intentionally. A bigger tower has the upgrades for all towers, makes perfect sense to me. At a sentry one is lesslikely to try out new things and do research than at a bigger tower, which can have more resources. AFAIK we also have some persian tech in the cc affecting wonders, perfectly fine too imo.

The point is bolt and artillery towers can research technologies that don't affect them.

Ah right, but that should be fixed indeed.
