This patch:
- Puts the armour in nodes (damage types in a damage node).
- Puts those nodes in `anyName`-nodes, so that in the future a mod can circumvent a type of armour (e.g. shield not used when hit from the back).
- Also adds support for armour against capture.
IMHO, what before this was named `Armour` ought to be renamed to `Resistance`. Since that touches again nigh all templates, it should be done either in this patch or quickly thereafter (please not before, since that would mean rebase-hell).
