* Remove the hardcoded text for the two buildings
that had this alreadyPlayers can now find out which buildings provide territory rooting. Most buildings that provide rooting (such as Civic centres, Military colonies, and Wonders) did not previously show this information to players in any way. With the exception of two rare buildings (Iberian monument, and Maurian pillar), which had this information hardcoded in their description.
* Add parsing for the <TerritoryInfluence> tag to the
template loader`<TerritoryInfluence>` element to the template loader.
* Add a new tooltip function that can return a "Territory" heading with a brief explanation of this feature.
* Add new tooltip function that can return a "Territory Influence"Remove the hardcoded text for the two buildings that had a similar explanation hardcoded in their description.
