The commit introducing this problem is rP22352 (see [[ https://code.wildfiregames.com/rP22352#inline-3524 | here ]]).
Animals appear stuck in place as they try going to target's position using `TryGoingStraightToGoalPoint` in `BeginPathing`, which of course never brings them in range (since they are trying to move away some distance).
Animals also try to go some very exact distance away, which doesn't work quite well. Instead, we should not care about the maximum range.
However, having an infinite max range was broken in rP22345, so this also fixes it.
