[Work in progress] Implementation proposal for the delayed damage feature which can be configured in the unit template. The delay makes sense with playing an animation at the projectile hit. I provided examples (rock thrower) for demonstration purposes but those can be removed before the merge.
Open questions:
- Is the structure of the projectile hit animation OK? (adding as new prop actor)
- Is it OK to create a new cpp function to play the animation or can this be solved purely in Javascript?
