As (briefly) discussed in D1971, there might be simplification possible in the UnitAI's `FaceTowardsTarget`, in line with the code used in D1958.
The `delta` in the function is removed, so an entity always rotates towards its target.
Now both `cmpUnitMotion` and `cmpPosition` can be used, as suggested by @bb.
History:
- Function added in rP9595.
- The `cmpPosition.turnTo` was replaced with `cmpUnitMotion.faceTowardsPoint` in rP9605 (due to the plane being added).
- I can't find any reason for the delta-limit.
