Instead of having civbonuses (and penalties) and special technologies located in several (inconsistent) subdirectories this patch regroups them:
* All technologies shared by all factions are grouped under:
/simulation/data/technologies/ (unchanged)
* All technologies shared by many factions (e.g. unlock champions) are grouped under:
simulation/data/technologies/ (unchanged)D1472 groups all civbonus technologies under technologies/civbonuses/
* All technologies limited to one or a few factions are now grouped under:
/simulation/data/technologies/special/ (new)
* All civbonuses and penalties are now grouped under:
/simulation/data/technologies/civbonuses/ (new)D1775 deletes unused technologies that were deprecated years ago
Special technologies are technologies that have a `"civ":` or `"notciv"` requirement, i.e. they're available to one or more factions, but not all. Currently some are grouped alongside regular technologies, others are arbitrarily distibuted over the carthaginians/, hellenes/, kushites/, mauryas/, persians/, romans/, and successors/ subdirectories.
This patch:
* All team bonuses are grouped under:* merges identical technologies (archery tradition, naval architects)
/simulation/data/auras/teambonuses/ (unchanged)* moves special technologies out of those subdirectories, occassionally implementing more consistent naming
* The carthaginians, celts, hellenes, iberians, mauryans, persians, romans, and successors directories under /simulation/data/technologies/ are now obsolete and removed.
All dependent files (structure and unit templates, technologies) are changed accordingly to reflect the new locations and names.
All technologies appear twice (once for adding the file at its new location and once for deleting the file at its old location), so this patch is actually smaller than it appears at first glance.updates specific structure template production queues accordingly
