Currently melee troops inflict more damage when promoting to a higher rank, but ranged troops don't:

However, advanced and elite each get −20% spread. This patch gives ranged troops +10% attack damage, however, it reduces champion and hero attack damage, making them proportional:

While at it, also gave all javelineers the same reload time ().
