Part two of D3287.
Currently, the attack technologies are divided into four, two for infantry and two for cavalry, subdivided into 4 more: infantry melee attack 1/2, infantry ranged attack 1/2, cavalry melee attack 1/2 and cavalry ranged attack 1/2.
The path's proposal is to unite the eight technologies in four, two that affects melee infantry / cavalry and two for ranged infantry / cavalry.
The values are higher than the current ones for obvious reasons.
Iron weapons cost more metal, while close combat training costs more food.
Technologies don't affect elephants.
Attack decreased from 20% to 15%, I want to prevent units from getting too strong in late game, like champion javelin.
