I guess the difference is negligible, so I can pass on this if you want. Still doesn't make me unsee all the issues arising from the inconsistencies which arose from commits where people just neglected the other file. Also I dont know why one polishes the one file but neglects the other file if those are legitimate phrasing improrvements, especially considering that users are directed at working with default.cfg on the Hotkeys page (see bottom).
For example if the user works with this file and reads Stop the current action, one could argue that its not so obvious that it relates only to units but not to things like replays if one simultaneously justifies improving little string changes for this files to be sufficiently worth the time. It's a weaker argument compared to the other arguments were inconsistent descriptions led to actually wrong information being presented. elexis: From `default.cfg`:

Not Done Inline ActionsThat was the part that I was wondering about in D2273. What do the following terms mean, especially where is the difference between them and which ones are synonymous?
My understanding is that pages that are opened on top of the current pages are a dialog, i.e. barter, trade, diplomacy, objectives, structree, civinfo, and in some cases summary, and those are exactly the ones who would be closed with that "cancel" hotkey. The lobby hotkey and the summary hotkey sometimes open a dialog and closes the dialog again upon pressing the hotkey again, at other times switches to that page when pressing the hotkey but doesnt (irrevocably) switch back from that page again. The description of lobby hotkey uses phrasing "Show the page" when it does toggle in some cases, while the other hotkeys say "toggle window". So it seems like it would straighten those inconsistencies out by having summary and lobby page always open as a dialog. If we consider these two hotkey behaviors to be perfectly correct as is, then the hotkey description should describe all pieces of information that the other hotkeys here describe (closing when pressing the hotkey if it is a dialog) and not omit that. Right? elexis: That was the part that I was wondering about in D2273.
