Five new random map scripts by _kali: Bahrain, Harbor, Howe Sound, Ngorongo and Rouen.

Besides harbor, they are portraying actual geographic regions.
Some environmental improvements by niektb.

392	`scaleByMapSize(14, 0.5)?` Not sure what went wrong here. It resulted in these values: 14 11.67 9.5 7.25 0.5 Noone had ever tested the giant mapsize. It map looks as ridiculous as the value sounds.
