This patch removes the turret from the Carthaginian champion elephant actor.
(Hannibal keeps his, because of how elephant heroes are designed in 0 A.D.)
Turrets on war elephants are attested for the Battle of Raphia (Ptolemies vs Seleucids) in 217 BC (Polybius 5.84). However, the communis opinio is that the war elephants fielded by Carthage (and Rome) did not ordinarily have turrets, because none of the authors describing the Punic Wars mention them, nor are they depicted on Carthaginian coinage, mosaics, stelae, etc.

For comparison, kush, maur, and pers war elephants don't have turrets either.
