Follows from rP25210 where I deleted actor.rnc.
Reasoning:
- The RelaxNG "Compact" format is a DSL for the RelaxNG XML format. It's supposed to be easier to read and write. Well, you tell me, but I have no idea what's going on in those files. XML I know, XML is easy and very readable.
- The JS Schemas use the XML RelaxNG spec, not the compact format, and using one format is better than two.
- The .rnc and .rng files are completely equivalent (assuming nobody broke the .rnc) & the game doesn't use the .rnc. Having both seems redundant.
- The tool to generate .rng from .rnc files is trang (https://github.com/relaxng/jing-trang), which runs on the JVM and is quite annoying to install compared to "your usual text editor".
- I find it likely that some of our .rnc files aren't up-to-date, but haven't checked.
This makes no difference to the engine since it uses .rng anyways.
