Summary

This is a relatively balanced islands map for Naval play and smaller than the Cyclades Archipelago maps. Hopefully it can see action in multiplayer.

Test Plan
  1. Patch
  2. Play map. (It's under Skirmish/Naval Maps)
  3. See how it plays with the new warship paradigm.
  4. See if it's relatively balanced.
  5. See if the side islands (side quests) are interesting, but not too distracting.
  6. Suggest improvements?

The pmp is treated as a binary file so it only works when you use arcanist (not the web interface, which only gives you the text diff) and even then, it is semi broken as far as I'm aware.
