rP21321: Increase vision range of fishing boats from 24 to 30

Summary

The current vision range is imo much to small compared to the other units and can make fishing annoying. Even with 32, it is still small compared e.g. to a merchand ship at 50.

I also noticed that in the last game it made exploring kinda annoying.
