Currently palisades don't have civ-specific names:
The reason for this is all civs share the same templates.
This patch introduces specific palisade wallsets for each civ, which allows adding specific names (and other things). While at it, also add Greek (σκόλοπες skolopes) and Latin (vallus) names.
The wallsets are the grouped things that show up in the structure tree and building panel (in the right selection panel). The individual palisade components (tower, short, medium, long, gate) are still shared and don't have specific names. That could be achieved by introducing civ-specific templates for those too, which means half a dozen more templates per civ. The question is whether that's desirable. Moreover, it would make rebuilding palisades captured from other players (e.g. via territory decay) harder.
