CSM, fixes shadows flickering, adds shadow details depending on a distance.
Removes dynamic resolution of the shadow map texture for qualities less than "Very High", because we want to have a predictable performance for low hardware.
"Shadows Distance Cutoff" is enabled by default, because it's a faster and more detailed version of current shadows. Without cutoff shadows are more expensive, some models on cascades intersections might be rendered multiple times (up to 4).
