This also only disables walls for the specific players that are too close, and not for every player on the map.
The main problem is that createBasesByPattern / playerPlacementByPattern uses the rmgen2 global g_PlayerbaseTypes to determine if walls should be placed.
If we now want to expand this functionality to rmgen1, we either need to copy(move) this global or find another way to determine if it is safe to place the walls.
