Garrison outposts visually.

Instead of disappearing inside an open structure, this lets garrisoned entities show up on the platform of an outpost.
Also corrects some dimensions.

Notice vision needs to be at least 2 to be able to go to the rally point or see capture points when under FOW.

Good to know, thanks for pointing this out?
Out of curiosity, is there any particular reason why health requires a vision of at least 1, but capture points at least 2?

I guess health is fogged and thus not updated upon changing it with a vision range of 1.
