This patch makes it such that only entities with capture attack themselves will fight back when garrisoned. The garrisonRegenRate is now a multiplier how much each unit counts. (E.g. a value of 2 means that a CS with a capture attack of 2.5 will provide 5.)
A consequence is that Champions contribute more than CS and e.g. healers don't contribute to the regenRate. No more preventing capture of a CC by garrisoning it with women.
Maybe neater would be to have garrisoned entities actually capture the structure, but that would lead to allies taking over your structures.
